Feedback from you about the new features

Hi

we have upgraded this evening the Leica User Forum to the newest edition of our forum-software.

As it is always the case with software upgrades, there are new features and I am sure also some new bugs

I see this therefore more like a "beta phase" over the next 2-4 weeks. During this time you can get used to the new features and as soon as you see something, that does not work properly, you can report it here in this thread. "Try and error" so to speak.

I am also interested in your view about the value of the new features. Do you like them, do you care at all about them. Everything - positive and negative.

I do think that the new feature support the desire to grow more into a real "community" then it was technically possible before. I just want to show you 4 of the most important new features (IMHO). There are more, but is up to you to find out and to judge yourself.


1. Images are shown now with a "lightbox technique". 1200x1200 pixel

2. Photoalbum in your Userprofile (click on the username)

3. Build specific groups of interest in your userprofile

4. Invite friends/ buddies/ contacts to your user profile


O.k., enough said. It is up to you now to test and judge what you like the most. Please share your thoughts here with us.
